It's being rejected before it's read

A personal statement at the top, no numbers, and the same document sent everywhere is close to the worst combination. Much of the screening is automated, and an untailored CV that does not echo the advert often never reaches a person.

Start over with a two-page structure: name, one line, then most recent role with four result-shaped bullets. Everything else fits underneath.
